An e-gift card works like a physical one. It includes a unique code and issue date. To redeem, the recipient books a session and provides the code.
Once payment is confirmed, we’ll email your gift card within 3 hours during business hours (10:00 AM–9:00 PM). Orders placed after hours are sent the next business day.
Gift cards are valid for 6 months at our studio. Simply provide the gift card code when booking.
Yes, we kindly ask guests to bring a printed copy when visiting the studio so we can easily process it in our system.
